Ladies and gents, I present to you the 21st century know-nothings.
Probably not the way Kwasman had envisioned his photo-op to go for CNN yesterday with the other rabid anti-immigrant protesters, as Kwasman attempts to become the GOP candidate to take on Ann Kirkpatrick in Arizona’s 1st congressional district.

Republican congressional candidate and state legislator Adam Kwasman had just raced up to Phoenix Tuesday morning from the protest in Oracle over the expected arrival of dozens of migrant children at a shelter.
He had tweeted from the scene, “Bus coming in. This is not compassion. This is the abrogation of the rule of law.” He included a photo of the back of a yellow school bus.
Kwasman later told me he saw the migrant children. “I was actually able to see some of the children in the buses. The fear on their faces…. This is not compassion,” he said.
But there was a problem with Kwasman’s story: There was no fear on their faces. Those weren’t the migrant children in the school bus. Those were children from the Marana school district. They were heading to the YMCA’s Triangle Y Camp, not far from the Rite of Passage shelter for the migrants, at the base of Mt. Lemmon.
12 News reporter Will Pitts, who is at the protest scene, says he saw the children laughing and taking pictures of the media.
They don’t even know who they’re hating.
I support the right of an adult to marry any and all consenting adults.
It’s Springtime for the Fashion Industry in Berlin, Germany! The first day of Berlin’s Spring/Summer Fashion Week was July 8, which was 2 days ago. For the rest of this week, designers from around the country and worldwide (as far as I know, I could be wrong about that.) will be showing off their latest and greatest collection for the upcoming Spring/Summer seasons. The designers who were given…
I do think it’s freaky. Some of them may be showing signs of White Savior Syndrome (I’m assuming that some of the pro-Palestinian activists who actually want to be Palestinian and get obsessed about it are white). I may support Palestinians, but I have enough sense to know that it’s NOT my movement. I’m just a supporter who doesn’t wish she was Palestinian. I don’t claim my home is Palestine, nor do I want to marry Palestinians only. I’m just a supporter, nothing more, nothing less.
Who else feels it’s a little weird when pro-palestinian activists get to the point of actually wanting to be Palestinian…
I don’t know if I’m wrong but I feel uncomfortable when they’re all like “I wish I was Palestinian” “My home is Palestine” and then they wanna marry Palestinians… like specifically Palestinians. And then they just get obsessed. Am I the only one who thinks this is freaky?
But it’s a definite red flag when they say “It’s my movement too”
